El primero se integra por los tratados constitutivos y de adhesi\u00f3n, que establecen los fundamentos esenciales del sistema jur\u00eddico comunitario y ocupan el nivel m\u00e1s alto dentro del orden normativo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"674\" data-end=\"1109\">Por su parte, el Derecho Derivado comprende instrumentos como reglamentos, directivas y decisiones, creados por las instituciones de la Uni\u00f3n Europea para desarrollar y aplicar lo dispuesto en los tratados.
